TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND CONSULTING

Our Representatives and Engineers provide support and consulting
services for the applications of NOVOL products. They stay in touch with
the customers to cater for the best business possible: their responsibilities
include cost optimisation consulting and supervision of industrial coating
processes. The modern facilities of the Novol Training Centre in Komorniki
host periodic training for process engineers and spray painters in
industrial material performance and the selection and applications of
processing techniques.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

In line with the global trends in environmental protection, NOVOL has joined
the “Responsible Care”® program.
It is a step towards integrating the company with the ISO 14001:2015
Environmental Management System. Most products in our range have been
qualified under the VOC OK program, the guiding principle of which is
compliance with the strict requirements of the Decopaint Directive –
2004/42/CE of 21 April 2004 on the limitation of emissions of volatile organic
compounds.
